Media processing
When you choose a video or photo, the browser creates a temporary Blob URL for that local file. The page decodes the media and renders frames through WebGL2. Image exports are encoded from the canvas. Video exports are recorded from the canvas with MediaRecorder.
Matcha Filter does not upload, transmit, store, index, or remotely process the selected media. Cloudflare hosts the site files but does not receive the video or photo payload. Closing the tab or removing the media revokes the temporary page reference; it does not delete or alter the original file on your device.
Optional Google Analytics
When analytics is configured, the site asks for consent before loading Google Analytics 4. If you accept, Google may receive page URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, interaction events, and cookie identifiers. Analytics is configured with IP anonymization, Google signals disabled, and advertising personalization signals disabled.
Google Analytics never receives the selected media file through this application. You can reject analytics and continue using every media feature. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer to change your choice.
Browser storage
The site uses localStorage for two preferences: light or dark appearance and the analytics consent choice. These values stay in your browser until you clear site data or change the preference. The tool does not store media, filenames, edits, or export history in localStorage.
Server logs and security
Cloudflare may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals. That infrastructure logging is separate from media processing. Review Cloudflare's published privacy materials for its handling as a service provider.
Advertising
The site does not currently load advertising scripts. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses or other device identifiers, and receive information about visits to serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Personalized advertising will remain disabled where consent or another valid legal basis has not been established.
Where required, advertising cookies will not load until you make a consent choice. The policy and consent controls will be updated if the advertising configuration changes. An ads.txt file will only be published after a real publisher account and seller ID are assigned.
External links
Pages may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by those operators. Opening an external link leaves Matcha Filter's local-processing environment.
Children
The service is a general creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's media or ask users to create accounts.
Your choices and rights
You can use the product without analytics, clear local preferences in browser settings, retain or delete exports on your device, and contact us about privacy questions. Because media is not uploaded or stored by Matcha Filter, we do not have a server copy to retrieve or delete.

Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Changes that introduce new non-essential cookies will not override an existing refusal without a new consent choice.
