You may process media that you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to edit. You are responsible for copyright, publicity, privacy, contractual, and other rights associated with your source and output.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to violate law, invade privacy, impersonate another person, facilitate harassment, bypass access controls, reveal obscured private content, or misrepresent synthetic or corrected material as an authenticated original. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the hosted service beyond rights granted by applicable law.
Local processing and exports
Media processing occurs in your browser. You are responsible for keeping source files, verifying downloaded outputs, checking audio, and confirming compatibility with your intended destination. Do not delete an original because an export appeared to start successfully.
Removal limits
Matcha Filter Remove provides best-effort color, noise, contrast, and detail adjustment. It does not guarantee restoration of an original. Geometry, clipped tone, covered areas, merged texture, and generated or replaced content may be impossible to recover. Any corrected output remains an interpretation of visible pixels.
No platform affiliation
Matcha Filter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance, Meta, or other social platforms. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. Browser codecs, graphics drivers, memory limits, background throttling, and device power can affect behavior. We may change or discontinue features, correct errors, or block abusive traffic.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, exact visual output, or recoverability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matcha Filter is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost opportunity, or claims arising from media you process or publish. Keep independent backups of source material.
